Cosy Cottage

Peace & Quiet   

The cottage is located on our property, nest to our other accommodation The Longere, just outside the village of Plouhinec in a quiet hamlet (cluster of houses) on a dead-end road. You can walk straight into the meadows and woods, and from the kitchen window, you have a wonderful view. 

 
Home & Garden

During the renovation and design of the house and garden, we used as many ecological building materials as possible and items with a story, while also prioritizing ease of use and comfort! The private garden is located at the rear of the house, facing southwest, and features a picnic table, two lounge chairs, and a BBQ upon request. At the front of the house, there's a lovely east-facing spot for waking up peacefully in the morning sunshine with a cup of coffee.

Upstairs & Downstairs

Downstairs, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals with local produce fresh from the sea or the land, a comfortable sitting area, a bookcase with a wide variety of reading material, and of course, a dining area and a toilet. The kitchen includes basic supplies (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, etc.) so you don't have to bring your own, a filter coffee maker, kettle, and dishwasher. Wi-Fi is also available. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed (160x200cm) and the other with a single bed and a trundle bed (single) or a baby bed if needed. The bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet is also located upstairs. The beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided.

Bicycle & Car

You can park your car at the house and there are bicycles available for you to go to the village or explore the area.


Butter & Sugar
For you convenience we provided a little stock of salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, washing up liquid, etc, so that you do not have to bring that yourselves. In the town center you will find almost everything you might need, like the bakery, the butcher, the super market, the bank, the pharmacy and some bars and restaurants.

If you have any questions, comments, or notice anything missing...let us know! We're here to make your stay enjoyable.

Don't:

Smoking is not permitted in the house.
The house is not designed for pets, and they are therefore not allowed.

Finally:

The cottage is very cosy, and we're happy to welcome everyone. However, we do want to emphasize that the stairs are quite steep, so this might be a consideration for those with limited mobility.
